Помогают ли тренинги по клиентоориентируемости повысить сервис компании?

Конкуренция за клиента начинается с сервиса – это известный факт, но для этого нужно стимулировать самих менеджеров. Тренинг по клиентоориентируемости считается практически панацеей в разрешении этого вопроса, а вот как это выглядит на практике - Группа компаний TFL проверила на себе.

Стоит ли формировать клиентоориентируемость, если и так все хорошо

Для начала стоит понять один простой тезис: пока вы считаете, что все хорошо, вас обходят конкуренты. Холодные звонки, ответы по электронной почте, даже общение в мессенджерах - всё это требует грамотного подхода. Одна нелепая ошибка, небрежный стиль или просто плохое настроение менеджера в разговоре с потенциальным клиентом могут лишить вас продажи. Избежать этого возможно только если сами сотрудники хотят удержать клиента. Это и есть одна из основных функций тренинга – побудить работников, дать им пульс.  

Тренинг как способ посмотреть на ситуацию со стороны

Очевидно, что если Ваши сотрудники не хотят повышать свой уровень, то даже самая точная и правильная инструкция им не поможет. Тренинг по клиентоориентируемости - это не лекция, это своеобразная игра, в которой менеджеры примеряли на себя роль покупателя товаров и услуг.  По крайней мере, так они проходили в Группе компаний TFL под предводительством Дианы Кровлиной (Дальневосточный консалтинговый центр "Успех").  Её занятия увлекают и погружают в ситуацию. Она моделирует различные моменты общения с клиентом и даёт возможность прочувствовать его потребности. Важно слышать клиента, а не просто зачитывать ему кейс с наработанными фразами.

Цикличность как залог стратегии клиентоориентируемости

Если цель компании не просто провести тренинг ради тренинга, отдав дань корпоративной моде, то стоит изменить подход к позиционированию. Полезным может оказаться и одно занятие, однако сама идея должна быть перманентной. Так к примеру, после тренинга во Владивостоке, который проходил еще 31 августа, менеджеры TFL получили «задания на дом», за результатами следил наш HR-специалист. Сотрудники даже начали делать короткую разминку в офисе, по рекомендациям бизнес-тренера, причём абсолютно добровольно.   Иными словами, для них тренинг стал постоянным процессом, а полученные модели поведения они «прокручивают» у себя в голове. Это, отчасти, можно назвать даже идеологией клиентоориентируемости.

Следующий этап прошёл уже в Москве 3-4 ноября по схожей программе работы. Сотрудники совместно с ТОП-менеджером, а именно, с Руководителем направления TFL.Логистические решения (Москва) Александром Суламберидзе,   в формате живого общения смоделировали разные ситуации с клиентами. Примечательно, что оба тренинга прошли в выходные дни, однако на желание самих участников присутствовать это не повлияло.

Таким образом, буквально за два тренинга TFL удалось побудить интерес у сотрудников к вопросу повышения качества работы с клиентами.  Менеджеры сами увлеклись процессом и после тренингов начали практически постоянно использовать полученный опыт. Это уже большой плюс и первый сигнал, показывающий правильность выбранного курса.

В целом, Группа компаний TFL намерена систематически проводить курсы по клиентоориентируемости и применять эффективные практики повышения сервиса обслуживания. Все это является частью нашего главного тезиса в работе - предоставлять преимущества клиенту с самого первого звонка или сообщения.
